Starting on October 10, Men’s Ministries will meet every Tuesday to discuss a chapter from Max Lucado’s book, Before Amen. In Before Amen, Lucado joins readers on a journey to the very heart of biblical prayer, offering hope for doubts and confidence even for prayer wimps! Distilling prayers in the bible down to on pocket-sized prayer, Lucado reminds readers that prayer is not a privilege for the pious nor the art of a chosen few. Prayer is simply a heartfelt conversation between God and his child. Participants must purchase the book. Book is available at Amazon or can be ordered from Evangel. Men will meet in the Prayer Room. Class runs every Tuesday night for 9 weeks (10/10 to 12/5).
