GRIEFSHARE: SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS
Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 2 p.m.
GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays is a warm, encouraging, and helpful event. Featuring video instruction and group discussion, it helps you deal with the intense pain of grief during the holiday season. Here's what you'll do during a Surviving the Holidays event: watch a 40 minute video, filled with practical tips on how to survive the holidays; hear from others in your group who are dealing with grief this holiday season; have the opportunity to share how grief is affecting you if you'd like; receive a personal Holiday Survival Guide.

Begins Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 2 p.m.
If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time with feelings of isolation and many questions. GriefShare meets periodically through the year for 13 weeks at a time to help you face these unique challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. The new class starting in January will be held at 2 p.m. in the Preschool Wing Adult Classroom.
