Be a part of something this summer.
Catalyst Youth is kicking off Summer180, a great way to build friendships, grow closer to God and have fun while doing it. Summer180 includes a coast trip, camping, hiking, Bible studies, youth events, leadership training, serving the community and much more.
Summer180 registration must be turned in by Wednesday, June 28 and must include a $10 deposit or the full program payment.
INFORMATION YOU WANT TO KNOW:
Dates: Summer180 will begin on Monday, July 10 and will end on Wednesday, August 16.
Program days: Mondays and Wednesdays.
Monday is FUN-DAY!: At the beginning of Summer180 we will plan events for every Monday from July 10 until August 14. Students will pick activities like hiking, coat trips, river rafting, Family Fun Center, etc. Students will be required to reserve their WHOLE Monday until the calendar is planned for those allocated Fun-Days. Students will be provided with breakfast on these Mondays. Depending upon the choice of recreation, students will either be required to bring a sack lunch or money for those days. Dinners will typically be provided if they are full day events.
Wednesdays: Students are required to be there from 1 p.m. until the end of Youth (dinner will not be provided unless otherwise stated). Students are required to either bring their own dinner or bring money for dinner at the Catalyst Cafe. We will set aside room in our refrigerator to accommodate the student's needs. On Wednesdays students will have the opportunity to participate in devotionals, projects around the church and community, and be a part of the planning for our Wednesday night services.
Cost: $50 per student plus a few meals during events/trips. We are subsidizing a huge part of the cost to make it available to all students who want to participate, and make it more conducive for families with multiple students. A $10 deposit is required with registration by June 28; the remainder is due by August 16.
